Das ist eine Binsenweisheit, aber trotzdem \u00fcberrascht es uns manchmal, wie faul manche Ruderflossen eingebaut sind. In diesem Fall w\u00e4re die Yacht wahrscheinlich gl\u00fccklich und zufrieden gesegelt, wenn sie nicht gegen etwas unter Wasser gesto\u00dfen w\u00e4re. Es gab keinen Zusammensto\u00df und das Ruder brach an der Verbindung der beiden H\u00e4lften, aus denen es in der Werft gefertigt wurde. Die Flosse war mit vier 2 mm dicken Flacheisen, die mit je einer Schwei\u00dfnaht 20 mm breit geschwei\u00dft waren, mit dem Vorbau verbunden.<br \/>\nWir haben ein neues Ruder gebaut. Vier Edelstahlrippen mit gebohrten L\u00f6chern f\u00fcr den Vorbau und die Anlenkung wurden auf beiden Seiten kehlgeschwei\u00dft. Dann haben wir mit PU-Schaum die Form des Ruders hergestellt, wobei die Dicke des Laminats reduziert wurde. Das Laminieren erfolgte in 4 Schritten, wobei wir darauf achteten, die richtigen \u00dcberlappungen und Vers\u00e4tze einzuhalten. Au\u00dferdem laminierten wir einen Streifen an der oberen Kante des Ruders (die parallel zur Unterseite verl\u00e4uft), damit die scharfkantige Kante des Ruders nicht nur aus Kitt besteht, der in der Zukunft absplittern k\u00f6nnte. Das Spachteln und die Endbearbeitung mit W-W-Epoxidfarbe wird das Laminat f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten Jahre sch\u00fctzen. Das neue Ruder wird, obwohl es nur halb so leicht ist, st\u00e4rker sein als das alte.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"awb-gallery-wrapper awb-gallery-wrapper-1 button-span-no\"
