{"id":1189,"date":"2026-10-20T08:49:08","date_gmt":"2026-10-20T08:49:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.planker.pl\/tymczasowo-ale-solidnie\/"},"modified":"2026-10-20T09:12:00","modified_gmt":"2026-10-20T09:12:00","slug":"tymczasowo-ale-solidnie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.planker.pl\/de\/tymczasowo-ale-solidnie\/","title":{"rendered":"Ein gewagter Plan mit einigen Herausforderungen"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 fusion-flex-container has-pattern-background has-mask-background nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row fusion-flex-align-items-flex-start fusion-flex-content-wrap\" style=\"max-width:1248px;margin-left: calc(-4% \/ 2 );margin-right: calc(-4% \/ 2 );\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:100%;--awb-margin-top-large:0px;--awb-spacing-right-large:1.92%;--awb-margin-bottom-large:20px;--awb-spacing-left-large:1.92%;--awb-width-medium:100%;--awb-order-medium:0;--awb-spacing-right-medium:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-medium:1.92%;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-order-small:0;--awb-spacing-right-small:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-small:1.92%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>Der Plan war einfach, in seiner Umsetzung allerdings ziemlich gewagt.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Noch einmal hinfliegen und die Yacht provisorisch wieder seet\u00fcchtig machen.<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcber den Atlantik, durch die Nordsee und die Ostsee bis nach Stettin segeln.<\/li>\n<li>Die endg\u00fcltige Instandsetzung in der guten alten Hangar-Werkstatt in der Przestrzenna-Stra\u00dfe 11 durchf\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Zur Weltumsegelung aufbrechen, die bereits vor dem Brand geplant gewesen war.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Der erste Teil dieses Plans stellte uns vor zwei Herausforderungen:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Die Yacht wieder so weit seet\u00fcchtig machen, dass man segeln konnte, ohne sich an den verbrannten Bauteilen schmutzig zu machen, und dabei zumindest einen Teil des Brandgeruchs loswerden.<\/li>\n<li>Die Bordwand verst\u00e4rken, damit weder eine Welle noch ein Fender, der im Hafen gegen die Yacht dr\u00fcckt, ein Loch hineinschlagen konnte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die erste Herausforderung lie\u00df uns \u00e4u\u00dferlich eher wie Bergleute als wie Bootsbauer aussehen. Nach gerade einmal vier Tagen Schrubben von fr\u00fch bis sp\u00e4t \u2013 und das bedeutet auf diesen Breitengraden im Januar etwa zehn Stunden Tageslicht \u2013 waren wir einigerma\u00dfen bereit, alle verbrannten Fl\u00e4chen mit zwei dicken Schichten Epoxidharzfarbe zu beschichten. Mahagoni und Wei\u00df harmonieren erstaunlich gut, und die Innenr\u00e4ume f\u00e4rbten endlich nicht mehr ab.<\/p>\n<p>Doch was war mit den verbrannten Spanten und der besch\u00e4digten Diagonalbeplankung? An der schlimmsten Stelle war die erste von drei Beplankungslagen vollst\u00e4ndig weggebrannt, w\u00e4hrend die zweite deutlich verkohlt war. Die Hitze war so gro\u00df gewesen, dass sich die Kupfernieten au\u00dfen abzeichneten, obwohl sie durch eine 8 mm starke Mahagonischicht gesch\u00fctzt waren.<\/p>\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst entfernte ich das verkohlte Material. Anschlie\u00dfend klebte ich mit WEST-SYSTEM-Epoxidharz von innen Flicken aus zwei Lagen 6 mm starkem Sperrholz auf. Danach fertigte ich zus\u00e4tzliche Verst\u00e4rkungsspanten aus Massivholz an und verschraubte sie von au\u00dfen an mehreren Stellen. Doch auch damit war ich noch nicht hundertprozentig beruhigt. Durch die extreme Hitze k\u00f6nnte das Mahagoni spr\u00f6de geworden sein. Deshalb entschied ich mich trotz der bereits angebrachten Verst\u00e4rkungen daf\u00fcr, von au\u00dfen einen Flicken aus Glasgewebe aufzubringen \u2013 in elf Lagen mit einem Gesamtfl\u00e4chengewicht von etwa 3.500 g\/m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>Erst nach dem Laminieren konnte ich dem Eigner mit gutem Gewissen best\u00e4tigen, dass die Bordwand im reparierten Bereich nicht schw\u00e4cher war als der \u00fcbrige Rumpf.<\/p>\n<p>Die provisorische Reparatur war abgeschlossen. Als N\u00e4chstes waren die Elektriker an der Reihe. Sie mussten die Navigationssysteme wieder zum Leben erwecken und die wichtigsten Ger\u00e4te in Betrieb nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>So vorbereitet, versammelte der Eigner seine Crew und nahm Kurs in die entgegengesetzte Richtung der urspr\u00fcnglichen Planung. Statt die Welt zu umrunden, machte er sich auf den Weg zum Heimathafen der Yacht. Dort bestand zumindest die Chance, die Yacht wieder zu altem Glanz zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Fortsetzung folgt.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"awb-gallery-wrapper awb-gallery-wrapper-1
